What does one-time payment means?

All the payments made on Being Author Media services is one-time only, We don’t charge our customers on recurring basis or on any other regular subscription basis. We charge our customers only once at the time of form submission, also we do not create any account or store any data.


What happens at the end of 30 days promotion period?

Our all paid packages are only for 30 days of service (except the Free plan). Once the period is over your promotion will automatically stop. If you want to use our services again, you will again have to submit your book on our webiste and make payment.


Do you promote only Digital Books and Contents?

Yes, we primarily promote books and other publishing related contents. We also promote other content available online, which means if a paperback book is available on an online bookstore, we will promote that book also. Our primary concern is to convert visitors into buyers. so if someone is interested in a product, that person shall have an option to instantly order that product.


What is your Return Policy?

Your money is in safe hands, if you change your mind anytime before the promotion starts (generally it takes 48hrs), we will grant you full refund of the payment you made. A promotion is deemed to start from the day of starting of 30 days twitter promotional campaign.

In case, we fail to tweet your book on our twitter account (of which that chances are very low), we will grant you full refund on your request.

      Yes we use paypal payment gateway, you can pay via your debit/credit cards also, without having a paypal account.

  3. Can I change the book during the month?

      No, you can not change the book during the month, you can buy another promotion in addition to your ongoing promotion.

  4. I just paid for a Premiere package from you. When and How can I see what you tweet, see my book cover on your website, etc.

  5. Please do not continue my subscription for advertising my series THE SCATTERED SEEDS TALES FROM THE GREAT MELTING POT beyond the original agreement of one month.

  6. I’m running a pre-order campaign through Inkshares for a Geek & Sundry contest. If the book gets enough pre-orders, it gets published. Would I be able to use your services to promote my book? I wasn’t sure because the publication of the book depends on the pre-orders.
